- Formal letter stating the reasons for applying to become a CFO member, addressed to the president (in English),
- Updated CV with information at least on education, past experience and current position (in English)
- Recommendation letter from two acting chief fire officers (CFO) (in English)
To be able to become a CFO member the applicant must be in active service as a CFO.
