Green light for ODP pilot

The pilot Officer Development Program (ODP) can get started in March 2022. The FEU Council adopted the proposal in their meeting in Ghent last November and signed the contract with the Netherlands Institute for Public Safety from the Netherlands, who is responsible for the content program.

18 Participants from different European countries are enthusiastic to develop their leadership capability with a focus on strategic issues. The program will be conducted in a hybrid way, online and on location. A working group consisting of FEU representatives from Ireland, Lithuania, Belgium, Germany and the Netherlands will focus on the design and development of the program.
