Launch ODP

This week, 18 European fire officers will embark on the Officer Development Programme. The goal of the programme is to gain a better understanding of the strategic issues that are important for the fire service in Europe, now and in the future. The participants work on their individual leadership skills and work together on strategic assignments. This programme is an initiative of FEU (Federation of European Fire Officers) and NIPV (Netherlands Institute for Public Safety).
